How do I track my order?

There are a few ways to track your order. First you can use our Track your order page – found here. If you opted for email and SMS notifications, then you will be updated with tracking notices. If you still have not received your order, please contact us using our Contact Us page found here.

How can I place an Order?

To place an order, select your book, add it to the cart, and follow the checkout procedures. We have a tutorial on how to place an order on out Tutorial page found here.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered

We use a UPS for all shipping to the US. It typically takes between five (5) to seven (7) business days for your order to be shipped to you.

What are my Payment options?

To pay for your order we accept all MasterCard and Visa enable credit or debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay. Sometimes card authorisation may be required. This means that our payment processor will make a small initial charge, this money is not taken from your account and this charge will fall off or disappear after a few days. If this does not happen do not hesitate to contact us here.

Why am I charged Sales Tax?

All books sold on Snag Books include state sales taxes where applicable. Please note that the sales tax is charged based on the state used in your shipping address and not on your billing address. This is mandatory for US state taxes.

Can I change the delivery address?

If you would like to change the delivery address on an order you must contact us using the form on our Contact Us page here or call us at on (888) 705-0396. If the order has already been shipped unfortunately, we will not be able to change the address at that time.

Note: We will not be able to refund orders sent to the incorrect delivery address if that address is selected by the reader or user.

What happens if my delivery arrives late?

First, please allow the specific delivery time window of seven (7) to ten (10) business days to expire, before contacting us about a lost or delayed delivery. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the carrier and other delays such as inclement weather. These notifications will be provided by email or SMS notifications.

If your order is not delivered within twenty-one (21) business days, we will refund and or replace your order with expedited shipping free of cost to you.

Can I Return my book and get a refund?

Please note that you can return and refund your book order for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange all books, but we can possibly send a replacement. At these returns are not free.

Here are the rules for accepting returns

  • The book must be in the original condition and not damaged or soiled.
  • The book must be returned within 14 days of the day your book has been received.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt slip along with your order number.
  • If you do not have your receipt, please ensure that you display your order number.

If you cannot provide any of these requirements, please contact us using the Contact Us page found here.

If your book order was delivered damaged or if you received the incorrect book, please contact us immediately. Do not return your damaged book until you receive approval from our customer service team.

Note that your refund is processed to your method of payment. This means if you used a credit or debit card to pay for your order, then the monies will be refunded to that exact method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund payments to alternative payment methods.

How do pre-order books work?

A book listed as pre-order is a book that has not been published yet, but readers and users can purchase. This is typically known as an advanced order. An order of this type is usually shipped within seven (7) business days of the release date. The release date is the expected publishing date on the book page. This is specifically determined by the publisher of the book.

Note: You can cancel and request a refund on this type of order up to five (5) business days before the expected release date.

What if I have a complaint?

Where do I find discount codes?

Snag Books issues discount codes at times, these can be applied when checking out during the order process. By entering the discount code on the checkout page, you will see what the applicable discount. Some discount codes are time sensitive and others are for one time use only. Please note that time sensitive and one time use discount codes will always be honored by Snag Books LLC.

Discount codes can be by percentage off the overall order cost or a specific figure off the overall order cost.

Note: All discount codes are single use only and specific to the account holder.

Can I obtain a wholesale discount?

We opened wholesale orders to all readers and users. Any order over fifteen (15) units will yield a twenty percent (20%) discount. This means you do not have to create a wholesaler account. Once you order fifteen (15) or more units you will automatically receive a wholesaler’s discount.

Is my data stored securely?

Snag Books LLC takes security particularly important. We do not store payment data. This ensures the integrity of your information is secure. To learn more about how we protect your data please visit our Privacy Policy here.

Note: We do not need your credit/debit card pin, bank login password, bank details to process your order. If you are contacted by any representative by phone or by email to divulge this information, it is a fraudulent call or email. Are the Reviews on your website real?

One of our most important missions is to ensure that there are honest and real reviews. Readers and users can leave reviews on both the order process and their opinion of the book. We reserve the right to remove any review that we determine is fake. We will never remove any review that is made on our customer service, the order process, or the perceived quality of a book. This is germane to the Snag Books promise. Any verified order made on a book, the reader or user can leave a review.

Any reviews with obscene language, profanity, sexually explicit, racially charged, gender offensive, sexual preference targeted or determined as inappropriate in any way will be removed by our review team.

Note: We require full disclosure on books reviews if the reader was offered free book to solicit a fair and honest review. Any reviews posted without this disclosure will be removed and the readers or users account will be closed, and they will not be allowed to place any future orders.
